    THE REFUGE

    The refuge is located on the western crest of the Southern Grigna.Here end the thirth leg of the Alta Via Delle Grigne .
    In 1905 Davide Valsecchi member and president of Cai Milano(1925 m) gift at the construction of a little structure in wood  and dedicated it at the daughter Rosalba. In 1955 ,it was inaugurate the refuge.

     

    HOW TO REACH THE REFUGE

    From  Milan  continue on the ss 36 , at the km 50  take the new ss 36 in direction of Valsassina . Arrived at the roundabout of Ballabio at the exit of the last gallery the ss 36 take the road that with 14 tigh bends lead to the Piano Resinelli (1278 m) leave the car. Overtake the wide parking lot (piazzale Daniele Chiappa), at the bottom, turn right. Continue in descent and arrive up to the former Refuge Alpini. (1180m) . A signal indicate at the right the oath for the Foppe and the path of the Monti that lead to the refuge Rosalba in two hours.
